There are currently twelve CLT homes located in Arcata, California. Ten additional homes are currently under construction. All of the homes were built with quality construction materials and energy efficiency measures including solar electricity and solar hot water systems. Windsong Duets, Arcata
The Windsong Duets, located in the Windsong Subdivision of south west Arcata, were developed in 2005 and are currently occupied. The duplex-style homes have three-bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a one-car garage and are equipped with 1-k solar photovoltaic and solar hot water systems.
A three-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom free standing home was added to the CLT homes located in the Windsong Subdivision in 2007 and is currently occupied. The home is equipped with 1-k solar photovoltaic and solar hot water systems and has a one-car garage.
The Windsong Subdivision is located near shopping, public transportation, a neighborhood park and open space. School districts are Arcata School District, Northern Humboldt High School and Redwood Community College.
Plum Village, Arcata
Plum Village is located in northern Arcata off of West End Road on Aloha Way. Three free-standing homes were completed in 2007 and are currently occupied. The homes have three-bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a one-car garage. The homes are equipped with 1-k solar photovoltaic and solar hot water systems.
The Plum Village subdivision is located on the greenbelt of Arcata and is located near shopping, public transportation, bike routes and the Janes Creek Meadow community park.

Janes Creek Community Homes is the Janes Creek Meadow neighborhood of Arcata near St. Louis Road and Spear Avenue. Ten duet-style homes were completed in 2010 and are currently occupied.
