HOW DO I APPLY?  
 
Fill out the pre-application. Once you have filled it out; bring it to our corporate office or mail it to P.O Box 4655 Arcata, Ca. 95518.  You will be then be put on the waiting list. When a unit becomes available, we will notify you in writing.  To remain on the waiting list, it is your responsibility to notify us, in writing, if your address or telephone number changes.

Reasonable Accommodation

Policy

HBHDC is committed to providing equal access to all its programs and services.  Both the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act protect any individual with a physical or mental impairment that limits that person in some major life activity, and any individual who has a history of, or who is regarded as having, such an impairment.
